Important Gift Card Information:

A $2.00 fee (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted each month from your Card starting 16 months after Card Activiation Date. If requested by you in month 15, the 16 months will be extended to 19 months.

Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash or credit. Additional terms and restrictions are stated in the accompanying Card Agreement Purchase, acceptance or use of the Card constitutes acceptance of the Card Agreement.
