Sport a spooky (or cute) costume and turn your Halloween into a Hallo-WIN. <strong>$2,500 in fang-tastic prizes are to be won!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Participants will strut their costumes on the runway and be judged by special guests from <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.victoriahf.ca\/\">Victoria Hospitals Foundation<\/a>*<\/strong>. Winners with the highest scores will be announced at the end of the show.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Pre-registration is required.
