Visit our Guest Services Centre, located near the Food Court, and we’ll help you make the most of your visit. FAMILY SERVICES
STROLLERS
Note: With the health and safety of our customers in mind, this service is suspended until further notice.
We have an abundant supply of toddler strollers – for use by children up to 40 inches tall. One double-header toddler stroller is also available for use by children up to 40 inches tall. Your young infant will be very comfortable in one of our two carseat-accomodating strollers strollers.
Strollers are a complimentary service provided by Mayfair and are available at Guest Services. Please note we do require photo identification.
FAMILY WASHROOM
Conveniently located in the Food Court, this barrier-free washroom facility for parents and children offers a private breast-feeding area and a change table. Change tables are also located in both the men's and women's washrooms.
HIGH CHAIRS
Note: With the health and safety of our customers in mind, this service is suspended until further notice.
Pick up your high chair for infants in our Food Court.
EMERGENCY SUPPLIES
Forget to bring a diaper? Need a wet wipe? When you have young children with you, visit Guest Services, we can help make it easier.
FIND/HELP DEPOT
Any lost children will be supervised until the parents have been located. Parents who have lost their child in the shopping centre may come to Guest Services for assistance.
Parking
Mayfair has over 2,040 parking stalls for your shopping convenience. Main level parking is available off Blanshard St. or Finlayson St. Rooftop Parking is accessible from Tolmie St., Finlayson St., and Douglas St. Our Underground Parking is accessible from Finlayson St. and Douglas St.
Pick-up and Drop-off is located in the lay-by along Douglas St.
Barrier-free
Barrier-free parking is located at every major entrance on all parking levels.
Electric Vehicle Charging Station
The ChargePoint Electric Vehicle charging station is located in the lay-by area off of Douglas St.
