Rooftop Movement at Mayfair Shopping Centre | lululemon Summer Series

Join us on the Rooftop of Mayfair Shopping Centre for a morning workout with Lululemon Ambassador, Emily Opal Smith.

A movement session with Emily is more than just your average work out. She weaves all her training in yoga, Pilates, strength training and mobility together resulting in an extraordinary experience that nourishes body, mind, and heart. Expect to feel challenged (but just the right amount) uplifted, and maybe even have some fun.

Emily is a multi-modality movement educator. Whether it’s Kettlebells or Pilates, she brings a depth of knowledge to create fun, engaging, and uplifting movement experiences. For in person classes, find her at Third Space Movement, Yoga Lab Victoria, Studio Seven Pilates, and One Yoga Victoria.
